Are State Representatives allowed to have opinions and share them on contemporary USA and global topics?

Jolanda Jones, I was curious what a State Representative does. At 75, I finally have a little time to look. I tried writing to you on Facebook, but I think no one reads them. Acknowledging is a start. I found your House Bill “Relating to the inclusion of affordable housing as a qualifying project for

Adiabatic Flame Temperature – preheat and measure 3d temperature, model and optimize

Adiabatic Flame Temperature at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AwgQvi1Y24o I would pre-heat the oxygen and fuel molecules electromagnetically. Then record the 3D volumetric temperature distribution, tracking flow of reactants. To start. And find the temperature dependent heat capacities data or models. To start. Calibrate and optimized the linked models. Track spectroscopic IR, VIS, thermal, UV, whatever is available. Share

Any material transparent in 2-14 micron

At https://www.spectral-systems.com/technical-data-sheet/zns-zinc-sulfide/ the image for IR spectrum at https://www.spectral-systems.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/07/2-mm-ZnS-IR-Spectrum.jpg is missing. I am trying to find ZnS or ZnSe lenses to test an idea. But since it does not have to be durable, any solid low cost material transparent from 2-18 micron would do.

Using ZnSe and GaAS lenses with Sony Starvis and similar detectors at high gain and frame rates for machine vision applications

To: Fuzhou Hundreds Optics Inc 100Optics.com, Some very low light and NIR sensors might be able to pick up LWIR, out to thermal wavelengths 5-15 microns — if they used ZnSe lenses or GaAs. You could check pretty easily.  I think the Sony Starvis might work but would need to use statistical methods and high

An ideal accelerating field knows its materials and their properties down to femtoMeters and femtoSecond if need be

ElectoBoom: Making a Water Railgun at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qy81O7LrB84 1 cubic centimeter of water is 1 gram = 1E-3 Kg. Add 1 Watt Second = 1 Joule of energy. (1/2) * m * v^2 = Joules Velocity_meterspersecond^2 = 2*Joules/Kilograms Velocity_MetersPerSecond = sqrt(2*Joules/Kilograms) sqrt(2*(1 Joule)/1E-3 kilogram) = sqrt(2000 Joules/kg) = 44.7213595 (m/s) = 100.0388320956 Miles per Hour Note:

What do State Representatives get paid to do? Does anyone hold them globally accountable?

Tomorrow We Vote:  What Do State Representatives Actually Do? – TWV University (Lesson 2) at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HRqe9cyxIDI It would be a lot of work, but I think it would be a good exercise in government to ask “What do the State Representatives of all States in the United States do? What are they paid to do?

Trash in the oceans is a global issues and all involved can be traced

This is a global issue and can be a global collaboration. ( “derelict trap removal” ) has only 1580 entries. (“trap removal” “marine”) has 13,100 entries. (“fishing gear” OR “fishing nets”) (“abandoned” OR “derelict” OR “lost” OR “discarded” OR “dumped”) has 5.26 Million entries and it is growing. There are hundreds of human languages on
