Beautiful planning and vision. I hope you might help Bangladesh and India manage their floods with interconnected plans that look at water management, not borders. All the deserts of the world can be recovered and carefully monitored. But you will have to protect the recovered land, water and life from human wolves and outside organizations.

I have this idea that if all the deserts are green and productive, the integrated planning experience will give courage to tackle all global human issues. When local people invest their lives, the results should not be taken by power and manipulation. Maybe you do not see that where you are, but it is a global problem. Education, jobs, housing, trade, global communities, global integrated lives.
