With Retarded Potentials no need for dark matter
If you are one who keeps rotation curves of galaxies in mind, you might enjoy this paper by Yuval Glass, Tomer Zimmerman and Asher Yahalom from 8 Mar 2024. at https://www.mdpi.com/2073-8994/16/4/387.
Retarded Gravity in Disk Galaxies
When I was using the network of superconducting gravimeters to put narrow bounds on the speed of gravity, one must use the retarded potentials. Then setting the speed of gravity equal the speed of light fits the curve so well one can locate themselves on the earth and the local vertical just from precise time dependent gravity of the sun and moon. Very satisfying, very simple and elegant with a desktop computer and the Internet.
