Recommend you put “Sample and Evaluate” price on all your products and sell them online with a click. This “get a quote” should have died with green eye-shades and quill pens. If it looks good on paper, the ONLY way to check is to get one and test it. No amount of “expert assistance” can beat looking at the data. If you send emails about new products, send a link “Sample and Evaluate”. If you cannot afford to give free samples, then put a “cover the cost” price and get your products in the hands of designers and decision makers as fast as you can. No fuss, no muss.
