You can make a holder and cutter with cameras and controls to cut smaller and smaller. What tools you use determine how small, but better than using eyes, hands and cutters that are really rather large and blunt. Perhaps laser(s).

Your videos are often intriguing, but I am almost always dissatisfied because it is seldom something I can do myself, and it almost never measures anything. Phenomena take a lot of “play” to begin to apply things. If you also gave measurements and equations, then I can play with those in my mind or in the computer, even if I cannot afford the things (finding them and learning to use them takes time and money.) The insights you found and show are results of much time you spend. Only seeing the snapshop results does not teach how to learn and share.

Several times you approach the drop with the knife and the drop moves from electrostatic forces.
